Job Description:
Jane Moore Trust provides high-quality residential care and education services to vulnerable children and young people. Set within beautiful, scenic grounds, our Dunkeld Campus offers a peaceful, uplifting, and restorative environment where our young people and our staff can thrive.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Property & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our physical sites, including our stunning Dunkeld Campus and an additional Trust property.

Crucially, you will also play a key role in empowering our young people by providing hands-on work experience and training workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Supervise the Property Maintenance Assistant to ensure tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
Facility & Grounds Maintenance: Oversee multi-site upkeep, carrying out hands-on repairs in basic joinery, plumbing, painting, flooring, and general outdoor landscaping.
Asset Management: Ensure all tools and equipment are regularly serviced, damaged items are repaired promptly, and routine inspections are conducted.
Contractor Management: Identify areas requiring capital improvement and liaise effectively with external contractors on site projects.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Oversee health and safety protocols across properties, execute risk assessments, manage RIDDOR reporting, and liaise directly with external bodies (Fire Officer, Environmental Health Officer, and Health & Safety Executive).
Youth Engagement: Lead practical work experience sessions and workshops for our young residents within our scenic environment
