Student Placements

Opportunities across our care, education, fostering and psychological services provide students with opportunities to gain valuable work experience and employability skills before they graduate. Placements may also be considered for international students. A PVG disclosure (or equivalent) is required. Students will be required to find their own accommodation, but partial expenses may be available.

Volunteering

People volunteer with Moore House Group for differing reasons and can extend the range of experiences offered to our children and young people including the provision of mentoring or befriending opportunities. Our volunteers work alongside our professional staff and are supported to develop meaningful relationships with the children in our care. Volunteers enjoy participating in relevant training where they are able to develop or add to their existing skillsets, and are fully supported through regular supervision with a named senior staff member.
