Moore House Group is offering an exciting opportunity to step into the world of Learning and Development – no prior experience needed. We’ll give you the training, tools, and support to become a qualified SVQ Assessor and Trainer as part of our dedicated Training Academy team.

What You’ll Be Doing As a valued member of our L&D team, you’ll deliver engaging training to boost staff skills and confidence Support learners as they work towards SVQs and HNCs, ensuring standards are met
Help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture through training and development Work closely with senior leaders to align training with company goals You’ll be based at our Livingston office, with some travel to other Moore House Group sites. What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who
● Has registerable qualifications i.e. SCQF 7 – SCQF 10
● Is EAGER to start or develop a career in Learning & Development
● Has experience working in care
● Is organised, confident, and people-focused, with a passion for helping others
● Is familiar with SQA processes and funding (a plus, but not essential)
● AND is able to drive (a full UK driving licence is required)
Qualified assessors must also :
● Possess a relevant qualification registerable to SSSC;
● Assessor qualification, for example, D32/33, A1, L&D9DI, Why Join Us?
