We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Practitioner to be part of our new Kettle Mill service, a beautiful 4 bedded farmhouse which boasts impressive grounds and surroundings, situated on the outskirts of Kingskettle in Fife, with close links to surrounding towns of Glenrothes and Cupar. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in the development of a new service from the very beginning

The successful applicant will support the management team creating a welcoming and productive environment for both young people and staff and build a diverse and dynamic residential team who are passionate about supporting our children and young people.

The role would suit an existing Senior looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced Practitioner looking to take the next step in their career.

Senior Practitioner Grade 1 (part-qualified): HNC/HND and SVQ3£32,649.76
Senior Practitioner Grade 2 (part-qualified): Degree and SVQ3£33,267.52
Senior Practitioner Grade 3 (qualified): HNC/HND and SVQ4£34,480.16
Senior Practitioner Grade 4 (qualified): Degree and SVQ4£35,692.80
Salaries noted exclude sleepover payments.
