We have a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven Registered Service Manager to lead our new service outside the village of Stanley in Perth and Kinross. 

This exciting opportunity to be part of a service from the very beginning will allow the successful candidate to play an integral part in welcoming new young people and staff into the service and creating a positive culture

Moore House Group is a dynamic and growing organisation who offer residential support to neurodiverse young people from all over the UK. Working closely with Moore House Academy, Dunkeld and our Culbrae Service as we seek to build a supporting and engaging community for our young people in Perthshire

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of residential child care, child centred support and the ability to lead a newly created staff team.  The setting up of a new service will require input in recruitment and shaping and moulding a new team into a welcoming and productive group

This position would suit an existing Registered Manager looking for new challenges but may also offer an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or Team Leader to take the next step.
