We are seeking a skilled and creative Registered Service Manager in West Lothian with significant residential care experience in managing services for children and young people who will support the organisation’s ongoing development. A strong commitment to leading and implementing an attachment-focused approach in working with children and young people is essential.
The successful candidate will be part of the service management team and have line management responsibilities for a team of staff and have a key role across the organisation to develop the skills of all staff complementing Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) in engaging young people.
This exciting role will support the engagement and participation of young people in a wide range of activities that support their life journey and improve their life chances.
