Overview

Moore House Group is a dynamic organisation offering a range of services to support the individual needs of children and young people as they move through their life journeys.

Our approach is firmly based on building positive, nurturing relationships using the principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP).

Due to continued expansion and organisational development , we are looking to appoint a Depute Head of Support Services. This is a newly created senior post, and the postholder will positively contribute to achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the Group by leading and managing a diverse range of functions within the Support Services of a highly professional, innovative and diverse organisation.

With generalist management experience, the postholder will be comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities including HR, Finance, Administration, Events, IT and Property & Maintenance. This is a fast-moving, varied, interesting post and will rely on the postholderʼs ability to lead and manage a progressive, positively changing environment
where no two days are the same!

The post is based in our Livingston offices, although there may be a requirement to travel to services across the Group.
