Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Depute Head of Care to oversee our Services in Fife and Perthshire.   The ideal candidate will have significant residential care experience in managing services for children and young people and will support the organisation’s ongoing development. A strong commitment to leading and implementing an attachment-focused approach in working with children and young people is essential.

Working effectively with the Head of Care, the Depute Head of Care will have significant  responsibility for the leadership, management, development and operational delivery of the highest quality residential care services, achieving best possible outcomes for our children and young people.
