Vicky brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and compassion to her role at Moore House Group, where she plays a vital part in supporting young people through trauma-informed residential childcare services. Her commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments for children and young people is deeply rooted in her earlier career and personal values.

Before joining Moore House Group, Vicky worked within the prison service, working closely with vulnerable individuals across a range of settings. During this time, she witnessed firsthand the long-term impact of early trauma, disrupted attachment, and unmet emotional needs. This experience shaped her understanding of the critical importance of early intervention and consistent, supportive care in young lives.

Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful difference earlier in the life journey, Vicky transitioned into residential childcare. Her background has provided her with a unique perspective on the challenges faced by young people who have experienced adversity, and she brings this insight to her work at Moore House Group every day. Her leadership is marked by empathy, resilience, and a commitment to helping each young person reach their full potential.
