Nicola Sinclair
Registered Service Manager
Nicola has over 15 years dedicating experience working and supporting children and young people from a variety of different backgrounds.
Prior to joining the Moore House Group in 2018, Nicola worked as part of a team that supported young people through the transition to independent living. During this time she gained valuable experience, skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care, child and adolescent mental health which equipped her to provide the highest quality of care in supporting young people with adjusting to a new way of living. The support that Nicola provided helped build each individual young person’s confidence and independence.
As a Registered Service Manager, Nicola is passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where our young people can thrive. She is committed to building strong relationships with staff, young people, and families, and believes in empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Nicola’s experiences align perfectly with the Moore House Group’s mission to provide safe, nurturing, and supportive care to children and young people. Nicola is excited to continue contributing to the organisation’s success and making a positive impact in the lives of the young people and their families that we support.
