Registered Service Manager
Robert has dedicated over nine years to Moore House Group, starting as a relief practitioner and swiftly transitioning to a full-time role, acquiring diverse skills through comprehensive training.
His progression led him to a senior practitioner role, Assistant Service Manager, and finally, Registered Service Manager. Alongside these achievements, he has also become Lead SCM instructor and is also a designated Child Protection Officer, supported both internally and externally, he has also obtained a Restraint Reduction Network qualification.
Robert shares that the most rewarding aspect of his role is the impact it has on young lives, from guiding them through challenges to creating lasting memories, like helping a young man secure a scholarship at Gleneagles or enabling a young person to purchase their own horse, not to mention exciting travels to places like Spain and Chicago.
