Emma has worked in the Residential Childcare field for 9 years, developing experience and a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people. In 2022, Emma joined Moore House Group as the Registered Service Manager for Gate House.

In her role as Registered Service Manager, Emma has developed her leadership skills and uses a creative and innovative approach in supporting the young people to achieve their true potential by thinking outside the box. Emma also puts a strong emphasis on supporting, developing and championing her team in Gate House.
