Stephanie brings a wealth of experience in education, social care, and psychological services to Moore House. Since joining in 2014, she has leveraged her Psychology degree and leadership qualifications to build a strong foundation in supporting young people.
In 2019, Stephanie transitioned to the management team. As Head of Therapeutic Services, she demonstrates a strong commitment to professional development, both personally and for her team. She actively supports staff growth by prioritising training and development opportunities, ensuring the PSI team remains skilled and equipped to provide exceptional care.
Stephanie’s ongoing dedication extends beyond staff development. She is currently pursuing a counselling diploma and completing the Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) practicum. This dedication reflects her passion for empowering young people and her commitment to providing effective evidence-based interventions.
Under Stephanie’s leadership, the Therapeutic Services department has expanded its reach. She oversees the management of the PSI team and the In Touch Service. Additionally, she strategically guides service expansion to meet the evolving needs of young people within Moore House. Her vision extends beyond internal services, as she explores ways to offer assessments and support to young people and families in the wider local community.
