Kelly graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, achieving First Class Honours, and is an accredited Mindfulness Teacher. She has extensive experience across educational settings, supporting children, young people, and families with additional support needs, including neurodivergence and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

Kelly integrates psychological theory, evidence-based practice, and DDP approaches to provide strengths based, relationship-centred support. Her work is grounded in trauma informed and attachment aware principles, alongside a strong understanding of how developmental, cognitive, and social factors interact to influence learning and wellbeing. She is particularly committed to empowering individuals to develop personalised, practical toolkits that promote resilience, autonomy, and meaningful, sustainable change.
