Jo graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology in 2020 and went on to complete an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology in 2021. She has a strong background in social care and psychology services, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs.

She is experienced in conducting assessments to understand social, emotional, and developmental needs, and in delivering tailored interventions that promote growth and wellbeing. Jo also provides training and guidance for parents, carers, and professionals, equipping them with strategies and support to deliver effective care.

Her academic training, combined with hands-on professional experience, has given Jo a well-rounded understanding of how developmental, psychological, and social factors interact to shape wellbeing. She is particularly passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and is committed to neuroaffirming approaches that celebrate individuality, recognise strengths, and create environments where people feel understood, supported, and empowered.
