About the Role
With sound experience of working within a relevant environment, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated IT & Media Officer to join our team. The post is based on our Bathgate campus, although there may be a requirement to travel to services across the Group.
The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to the role and, with a high degree of trust and integrity, will contribute positively to the aims and objectives of the Group.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines IT systems support, digital media and communications, and group-wide events management. Reporting to the IT & Media Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring robust, secure and effective IT systems across the Group, while also leading on digital content, branding and the planning and delivery of internal and external events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on technical environment, has a creative eye for digital media, and thrives in a role with variety and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT systems support, including hardware, software, servers and networks
- Support staff with technical issues and deliver systems training where required
- Maintain IT documentation, security and asset records
- Design and produce digital and print communications and marketing materials
- Manage website content and social media platforms
- Coordinate internal and external events across the Group
About You
- Relevant HND/Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong IT and digital skills, including website and social media management
- Creative design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Selection Process
- Stage 1: Design-based task
- Stage 2: On-site interview

- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle( with business insurance )
