Overview

Moore House Group is a dynamic organisation offering a range of services to support the individual needs of children and young people as they move through their life journeys.
Moore House Group Dunkeld offers safe and nurturing residential care for Neurodiverse children and young people from all corners of the UK.

A Night Care Officer at our Culbrae service offers everything you could expect from an exciting new career.

One day, you could be a YouTube star, a chef, or watching movies on the sofa. The next, you are hiking up a mountain or kayaking down the local rapids.

The dreams and aspirations of our young people are your only limitations.

A balance between city and countryside living? Culbrae is the perfect place to be – it is close to both Perth and Blairgowrie, and offers the best of both worlds. Conveniently placed off the A9, Culbrae is set amongst the hills of Highland Perthshire.

We strive for a work-life balance that can accommodate all lifestyles. A career as a Child Care Practitioner in Dunkeld offers just that. Extended shifts and sleepovers give our employees the opportunity to have more time off and the chance to recharge after a busy and vibrant day.

We prioritise the wellbeing of our employees by offering a comprehensive induction & training programme, regular reflective supervision, employee assistance services, and access to our badge benefits scheme.

Our approach towards our employees and young people is firmly based on building positive, nurturing relationships using the principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP).

This is Residential Child Care with added Adventure.

The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing high standards of care and support to our children and young people. The postholder will be a positive, compassionate and caring individual who will be supporting our children and young people who may have autism, sensory impairments and learning disabilities.
