Service Manager

I joined Moore House Group in 2019 where I worked briefly as a practitioner. I then progressed to a
senior role, then stepped into a Service Manager role in June 2022 in Buchanan House. I
have a passion for wellbeing and care of both staff and young people and feel that a valued
staff team can achieve great things and help young people reach their goals.

I have recently completed my SCQF level 10 in Leadership and Management, as well as
holding a SVQ 4 in Social Services (Children and young people), SVQ 3 in Social Services
(Children and young people) and HNC in Early Education and Childcare. I am also a
qualified Safe Crisis Management instructor and deliver this training to staff throughout
the organisation.

In my free time I enjoy snowboarding and going on holidays with my children. I enjoy trying
new things and am always looking for new things for our young people to do to push their
limits and experiences in life. We have recently taken part in house activities such as go ape,
muddy obstacle courses and colour runs!
